Our Approach

We are proud to provide the finest Chiropractic care in a professional, comfortable, and relaxed environment. If you are looking for natural and non-invasive pain treatment we urge you to visit Beamsville ChiroPlus.

We take a comprehensive approach to healthcare, focusing on the person rather than just the symptoms. Our goal is to identify the root cause of your pain and provide effective, long-term solutions.

Benefits of Care with Dr Mike

Dr Michael White is well qualified to treat conditions affecting discomfort, neuro-musculoskeletal and mobility issues, and the wide-ranging health effects impacted by these problems. Chiropractors believe in the body's ability to repair itself once interfering factors have been removed. The various body’s systems do not act in isolation but are intricately woven together. Issues of our nervous and musculoskeletal systems can manifest and affect larger health issues and our well-being.

Dr. Mike has a wealth of training and experience in treating athletes, including world ranked athletes,  the weekend warrior, and the senior athlete. As well, Dr. Mike has a particular fondness for our aging population. He has observed that even a small increase in function can have tremendous positive effects in daily activities, health, confidence, and life satisfaction.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Yes. A New Zealand government inquiry found that chiropractic adjustments are "remarkably safe." A thorough examination helps identify the rare individual for whom care might not be suited. Statistically, chiropractic adjustments are about 100 times safer than taking a common, over-the-counter pain reliever.

The number and frequency of treatments vary from patient to patient. Most patients see some progress within a week or two. As supporting muscles and ligaments heal, visits may become less frequent. More difficult, longstanding cases may require regular visits over several months. Some chronic conditions may be best served with long term management.

After patients get the relief they want, many choose to continue with some type of periodic care. These visits can help support the final stages of healing and help detect and resolve new problems before they become serious.  Although many people see the benefit in seeking continued care, others will choose to return when there as an acute incidence or recurrence of symptoms.

Our job is to offer the very best care we can, and you decide on your treatment goals, and the amount care you want. No pressure, no judgement.
